I read somewhere it only happened a few times and it was all on the one tour...he opened solo and then came on with them late on in their set. I think they were touring Saw Delight but memory's hazy - can't even remember venue for sure, was either Theatre Royal Drury Lane or Royal Court. The whole gig was a downer...never thought I'd say that about Can, but... Last time I saw them : (
