The three CD edition was put out with the bands blessing (though I gather from the short interview in the booklet, they didn't mind too much about the 'boot' edition as they never expected to have a record out anyway). It was some record club that put out the 3CD edition, but it's available on discogs and elsewhere fairly cheaply. Was lucky enough to pick up an ex review edition fer about 8 quid. Parts of the German Oak sound kinda reminds me of bits of Copes DOPE releases. Dunno if that's intentional or just a happy accident on Copes part.
