You just watch it! (Off to play chorusated yet wonderfully uplifting Achille's Last Stand. Which reminds me, the godly Mr Moon cat and his serf morfe, have a fine Bred kitchen, and have added to their tantalising menu of sandwiches for rock conneiseeruers, a fiery mexican tortilla wrap : A Chillies Last Stand! Boom Boom.

I mean guitar petals. The fuzzbox is a guitar petal, forinstance. The chorus petal gives lead guitar a chorus effect. Before band like Spirit, Uriah Heep and Led Zeppelin themselves simply multi-tracked lead-guitar parts in different keys simultaneously. Sometime in the 70's a guitar petal was developed so you could do that live. Frankly I've always found chorus effects annoying!

Anyway, now this just a ruse to get the longest thread and I'm not gonna participate in such profilgate waste of the worlds electrons in supporting this thread with nonsense postings like this! That's actually a phase shifter on 'Achilles' Last Stand' if you wanna get technical about it.

Could be... I've always thought there was a chorus effect on it, but then I haven't listened to the song in ages. I've got Presence on vinyl, so I might listen to it again. My favorite song on that album is actually "Candy Store Rock". Listen to the lyrics carefully because it's actually quite sick!

I could never say anything against Zep really. The band was a part of my teenage years actually. Everyone in the 70's and 80's here in the US were into Zep, and you couldn't get away from it.

Simple Minds were a part of everyone in Glasgow's teenage years. Doesn't mean they don't suck logs. (Please note this is of course with post their Magazine/electro phase. Which we just kid on we don't like.)
