E.D. A couple of extra points . This is from the paper . "The declination of these viewpoints and
certain monumental features, or Frames of Reference
(e.g., henge entrances), were then calculated and compared
with the movement of heavenly bodies using
the astronomical program SkyMap Pro v6. "
But there is no mention of what method for calculating the decs was used , we can only assume .

The very wide window for 2b for say Thornborough central is given as 127-150 , but as can be seen from the plan on page 31 and on GE that means that the extremes were over the bank not down the centre through the gap for the entrance ,or even the terminals . That seems to me to be pushing it . 138 -148 from 2b to terminals seems far more reasonable .
