That was what was supposed to have been discussed over a week ago .
They would have to be willing to hold and distribute the dosh , be impartial , be willing to visit the site and provide evidence or confirmation of the event .

I would like to add that my assertion that George had posted the contents of a private email was incorrect. I had confused an old exchange of emails I had with George, on the same subject, with the contents of a forum post that I had forgotten about. I did not lie. I was mistaken.
I apologise for any misunderstanding that this may have caused.
