The expert, of course, on ancient Egypt is Count Arthur Strong, who delivers a wonderfully informed lecture titled Forgotten Egypt. Available on DVD. He's the head of the British Eygpological Society (Doncaster branch.)
He also heads the Doncaster School of Performing Arts (which is just like the RADA:)) Look him up on the u tube, you'll never view Egypt in the same way again:)


Just got a new dtr so no longer have the Arthur tv seriesuses's's from the old one , a serious loss .


I'm not so keen on the tv series ( though I'll watch anything with the Count in it); but his stage shows, radio stuff & lectureses literally make me cry laughing. I have to ration him or I get tummy ache:)
