I am the unfortunate person who has been asked to tell someone at work that they have an odour problem. I have no idea how to approach this one me mateys and need some assistance. She is a sensitive girl of 22 btw.

Though tempted by the Macc Lads' inspired "Shut yer legs luv, yer meat smells..." suggestion, a more subtle method might be to suggest to her that some unknown person in the office, not necessarily her, has a problem with B.O. and that everyone in the office has therefore been asked to take that little bit extra care with their personal hygiene, including yourself.
Any good?

(PS Another method may be for everyone in the office to exist on nothing but curries, garlic and beans. That way you'll never notice her problem again!)

I meant to add on to last post that there is a condition called Trimethylaminuria (Fish-Malodor Syndrome) if this is the case I don't think there is a cure.

Re TPS, i think someone had a similar 'task' to perform in my wife's office, though i never did hear the outcome..probably the poor woman is now residing in a home for the terminally shy. Maybe she's just one of the poor unfortunates who perspire too much. Anyhow, hope it all goes well, and you don't hurt anyones feelings. I'll as my wife the 'outcome' of there little episode later when i see her, though it was a while ago, and she may give me one of those 'funny' look (y'now the type, "what the hell are you talking about !).
