Just Water -- NYC proto-punk mid-70s

Just played their album (which I found recently for pretty cheap) on my radio show with my sidekick Lars. He was pretty convinced by this group, and he told me he remembered they had somewhat of a hit with a punk version of "Singing in the Rain"...

Anyways I can't find much about them on Youtube but it turns out the band has a website: http://www.justwatermusic.com/jw/ Check it out!

Ta for the heads-up, Law! Love me some sleazy proto-punk stuff- Simply Saucer, Gizmos, Mirrors and all that- so will seek 'em out. Does your show stream live?

Yes although the station I'm on doesn't archive the shows yet. It's kind of low-budget right now... This is the website to WRFZ: http://rochesterfreeradio.com. My show is called Radio Free Albemuth and it's on Wednesdays from 10PM to 1AM Eastern Standard Time... Armand Schaubroeck himself has a show on that station every Saturday and is rebroadcast Tuesday.
