If you click on "more images" at this link it shows a "reissue" of DOPE ON DRUGS with different artwork, designated HH104 -- official? bootleg?

The alternative art to which you refer is the inside of the CD inlay. Unless I’m missing some other pictures on the site and somehow can’t see them?

Have compared against my copy and it looks the same

Check the CD itself. on my copy - like the picture on Discogs - ‘HH104’ is written under where it says ‘Dope on Drugs’.
