Thought this may be of interest to a few folks...
Electronic Sound mag are putting out the above, limited to 499 copies, yellow vinyl. Not actually out till August, but pre-orders up already at £15 plus P+P. Bought a few copies of the mags, and the odd other thing from Electronic Sound, usually good stuff. Love MBM, love 'In C', should be an interesting combination.

Nice one!, that's a pretty nice interpretation, not too in thrall to the original, but with a similar vibe. Looking forward to hearing the rest. Plus, I'm a sucker fer coloured vinyl :)

My mate David Harrow did a very nice electronic performance of the piece a few weeks ago. About an hour long, with an appropriate backdrop movie of a drive along LA freeways.

Now that sounds like something I'd love to have seen. Hope it went well for him. My pal Charlie made a small 'road movie' on his phone with a Wooden Shjips track whilst we were night driving back to his after a gig in Manchester, worked kinda well. He was very pissed though, so camera work was somewhat jiggly, which kinda added to the charm.

There's a performance of 'In C' taking place next March, in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
Various folk I know from the little psych festival circuit I'm chummy with are taking part. More info about this at a later date, should anyone be interested.
