I wonder if the 10.30 curfew stopped him playing all night as he seemed to be having as good a time as we were. Mrs Elf who last saw him in '92 gave him the female seal of approval so top marks.
Setlist was pretty much what's been played so far as far as I can see , great grungy version of The Great Dominions, an encore of the Baabaabaa songs and no Liver As Big As Hartlepool, and the audience were short on inane chatter [maybe becuase they couldn't get a word in edgeways] all round top result
Agree - it was a cracker and the chat and banter from the crowd was good - not annoying like it sometimes can be (crowd not JC!). Compared to the London gig we got Double Vegetation, Treason and Drink Me Under the Table. So channelling Vybik:
