Well I wouldn't know where to check out new music -- mostly I've been getting it the old fashioned way at the record shop. But here's a list of new bands I've dug recently if that helps:

Thou
Kayodot
Wild Honey
Wild Nothing
Have a Nice Life
Cages (that's a duo from Buffalo, closer to me but their recent vinyl album is just great!)
Meddlesome Meddlesome Meddlesome Bells (that's a band originally from my town)
Merchandise (the best recent 4AD signing although they were a bit of a disappointment live for some odd reason...)

And of course the Chilean psych band Follazoid has already been much talked about here, so if you haven't delved into it yet do so...

Can't think of much else.
