who's using it?
Opened an account with them after setting up a friend with it who needed a secure online sales platform for downloads.

Very easy... and free... unless you want some more convenience and features.

Here's mine... still working on it but have a few of my things up.

I've been using it for the past couple years both for putting up my own stuff and discovering new music. Tons of great unsung stuff over there.

I love bandcamp. Have a dozen or more releases I've purchased, and loads more I've listened to. Love the fact that it's a direct conduit (in many cases) straight to the artist. Also love the fact that many creators who possibly wouldn't get to have a release proper have a place that the wider world can tune into their creations.

Bandcamp is great. Its possible to while away many a happy hour browsing and listening to various friends collections.

all Cosmic Primitive's releases go out through bandcamp. got minor quibbles with them but it's the closest practical way I've found to self-distributing our stuff digitally. ok for physical too, tho I do less of that as $$ permits.

side note, I love physical forms of music espesh vinyl, but really tired of the "you don't care about your music unless you put it on a record or at least a cassette or maybe even a CD" mentality... I care plenty. it co$t$ money to make stuff. we have none. sorry!

5's Cosmic Primitive label has digital (and physical) album's by Glowpeople.

http://cosmicdigital.cosmicprimitive.com/album/things

http://cosmicdigital.cosmicprimitive.com/album/happen

But, for the loose stragglers we also have our own Bandcamp site: http://glowpeople.bandcamp.com

It's nice that listeners can get the highest fidelity version we can attain, rather than just whatever compressed approximation Soundcloud or Reverbnation offer.
