A new series on Beeb2 right now, Maxine curating first one, so far amongst other things discussing Morrisey's influences, plus Sleaford Mods being interviewed and performing. Think it's going to be on iPlayer. Worth watching.

Coo, cheers for the heads up, will check that out. Wish she'd do more stuff with the Eccentronic Research Council. Her contribution to the '1612 Underture' album from a few years back were rather spiffy (and scary).

Yeah, cheers for the nod. I'm shocked: Sleaford Mods are thoroughly nice blokes!

Thanks for the tip off, just watched it. Very good, the kind of programming that's been missing from UK tv for too long.

Is it going to be a series with a different presenter each week? Learnt where the inspiration to Shelagh take a bow came from, and that Betty lady at the end was very inspirational *Edit. Yeah you said in the first post!

Yup. She set a very high bar with that one. Cheer up though, it's going to be surpassed by Lynn Barber next week, who, according to the Beeblurb, will be talking to 'the most intriguing pop star of the modern age': Mark Ronson.
