I've never heard a song lyric refer to a turtle head before. Though I think she actually meant the actual head of an actual turtle.

Kate has been an animal rights advocate her entire life so its not a stretch for her to incorporate that into here music. Its a catchy tune :)

"...not a stretch for her" Fffnarr. Her track about a wizards sleeve is awesome though.
