Saw a lot of the Bowie one back in the day, including the man himself. That was great.

This looks very good indeed. I'm on a serious Yoko trip on the moment. Amazing stuff.

Why hasn't she booked Paul McCartney to do the finale singing 'Hey Jude', though?

Haha. Yes, Paul's recent antics have been rather cringe worthy. I love the silent disco idea! I've been on another musical exploration recently ie. Yoko. I've always loved the superb Walking On Thin Ice and had heard a few other really good things, so I decided to load up the sonic canoe and go deep into darkest Yoko territory. Very glad I did! Astonishing musical artist.

Is the Apple reissue series going to get onto her early 70s work? Anybody have any idea? I think it's been about 20 years since the last remasters.

There was Ono Box a couple of years back. Pretty much definitive but very pricey. I can't afford to shell out for it at the moment.

DAVIS TOOP......

Thinks of all the musicians, composers and artists Yoko One might have included in her Meltdown if she were being more truthful to her own life, showing more faith in the ideas and actions that got her to a point of being a natural choice to curate a Meltdown. Perhaps then it might indeed be a meltdown as opposed to a barely perceptibly warmish stable state.
