Television - Marquee Moon. Couldn't help but think, staring at the sleeve for the first time in ages, that Tom Verlaine looks a bit like someone that puts glass in baby food. I know it's probably blasphemous, if not illegal, to say this, but it's amazing, in hindsight, just how much of this sounds like 'classic rock' with a skinny tie make-over. Tis great all the same.

Storm Corrosion - st. Very nice ambi-prog melange of acoustic rock tropes and pastoral melancholy. I get the Talk Talk references, but this delves further back, which I suppose makes sense.

Atlantis Chronicles - Ten Miles Underwater. Definitely the best tech-death metal deep water concept album from France I've heard this weekend.

Abrahma - Through the Dusty Paths of Our Lives. Nice psyche stoner confection from France. Sturdy, stoner riffs spill out into extended fuzz n psyche pieces.

Yob - Atma
Ruby The Hatchet - St/ Orobouros, Enjoying these mightily. Lotta fun.

Electric Eel Shock - Go Europe! Totally rockin'! "Do the Metal!" Well, ok then!

Eagle Twin - The Feather Tipped the Serpent's Scale. V nice psyche doom.
