hey Mr 3000 and other Sun Araw afficionadoes ... I saw a movie last night called ICON EYE which is a docu of SUN ARAW traveling to Jamaica to record with The Congos (whose Lee Perry-produced Heart Of The Congos is a legendary classic) dvd of flick comes with new album (maybe not out yet but they had it at the theater) called Icon Give Thanks haven't listened to record yet, but the movie was killer (worth the price of, uh, admission) and I'm guessing the album is just as cool keep an EYE out 4 5

Crazy! Serendipitously, I just came across a nice new tune called "Heart of the Congos" by The 2 Bears (neo-electro-disco thing on DFA label) which is a tribute to that classic album.

Incredible. No narration, just unbelievable scene after unbelievable scene. Mr Greenberg was there to talk a little about it, listening to him was an experience I'm very glad to have had.
