Couple of weeks worth:
Three top-notch recentish releases.
Jenny Hval - Viscera. Another great album from Rune Grammofon.
Evangelista (Carla Bozulich) - In Animal Tongue.
Julia Holter - Tragedy.
Akira Sakata/Jim O'Rourke/Chikamorachi - And That's the Story of Jazz.
Angel - 26000.
Richard Youngs - Amplifying Host.
Wilco - The Whole Love.
Henry Flynt (with CC Hennix) - Glissando No1.
Gareth Dickson - Spruce Goose.
Sun Ra - Atlantis.
Sun Ra - Heliocentric Worlds Vol I.
Ynwil - s/t. (Saw opening/backing Gruff Rhys - great fun as was Gruff).
Aereogramme - Sleep and Release.
Rocket From the Crypt - Scream Dracula Scream. (Think this one has aged extremely well and guaranteed to bring a smile to the face!)
Arthur Russell - Calling Out of Context.
Bert Jansch - s/t.
Bert Jansch - It Don't Bother Me.
Louis Stewart - Overdrive. (Very unsung jazz guitarist).
Jack De Johnette - Sorcery.
Opeth - Damnation. First Opeth album for me after seeing their name pop up a lot on the boards. Really like this.
Bunch of early Voidoids shows to catch Quine at his best.
