Oh, those are not cd format. The QE is mp3 and the Julian Cope / Black Sheep is a 7'' red vinyl, right? I have them both too.

Yes, different formats.

I think with those 2 included, the list is complete.

Yup, but how do you know the number HH 103? And why HH103 and HH 733? Any guess?

Although it was never released the original HH5 was a compilation cd that was to accompany Karutrocksampler. Copies were made, or so I'm told:

HH5: Krautrocksampler - Rolf's avving a lauf ain't eh!

If you right click on Queen Elizabeth Hall in the Merchandiser and go to 'properties', it says HH103 in the link.

For HH733, I think the '7' refers to it being a 7-inch single but I am not sure about the '33' bit. Does it play at 33⅓ rpm?

The Mercahndiser uses the cat numbers in the URL for each item. Look at the page address for QE Hall download and you'll see it's HH103.

I think it's done because it's a posthumous release as such, kind of like the re-issue of QE2.

HH733: My guess is the 7 is because it's a 7"? Can't remember but does it play at 33 rpm too?
