may I highly recommend to old-timers like Valve, and his apprentice Paradox, and similar creatures the work of Untidy.
He has written a superb maudlin' stroll down memory lane about Chilli Willi and all points radiating thus. Such is its scope it includes Educating Archie etc etc.

This Big Untidy Barry O'Brien fella - Our paths must have crossed that many times in the nineteen seventies I'd be surprised if we didn't share some DNA. Help Yourself, Ducks Deluxe, the Chillis, Ace, Carol Grimes and Slack Alice in the same article - cracking stuff. And he was a Tithe Farmer! That was MY gig 73 to 76.
