I don't mean to be rude, but I don't think you know what you're on about. I know loads of people who aren't veggies who disagree with clubbing seals. Just like I know people who don't like AC/DC who are, wait for it, real.
FWIW as rock bands go, I don't mind AC/DC. In a rock-Barron Knights kinda way.

These seals are being clubbed to make 'coats', not sandwiches.
Coats. And maybe other sky high rocket price fashion accessories.
Little seal pups killed in front of their big seal mums, so some vacuous bint can parade her non existent arse up and down a 'catwalk'.
It's not only new age veggies who find that one contemptable.
Or even old school veggies.

i think thee is taking things a tad too seriously sir. i'm just yanking the chain
of course i don't agree with seal clubbing. but why Mozza would make his Canadian fan suffer just because of what their government do is beyond me

Yeah, but he's not just a singer. He's an extremely popular singer with a lot of obsessive fans. And if by doing this he can wake some of those fans up to their government's cruel practices, and maybe sow the seeds of a little bit of political awareness in the nation's youth, then surely that's a good thing. Isn't it?

Didn't it shame alot of aritsts into snubbing the place?
Read that the original lyrics cited amongst others Ray Charles as performer's who'd went there, but those lyrics were dropped.
That was about something direct, and its message called for direct consequences, whereas Live 8 etc, does come across as 'posturing' IMO.
If Moz does rile the fans, good on him.
