One of my favorite bands when I was in High School (class of 86) saw them live many many times growing up in los angeles they really need to put out some new matieral! its been what like 15yrs or so?

Would be nice if they came to the U.K.
Though I spose I could go and see them in the U.S. before the visa clampdown/bone marrow sample pre-ticket purchase from Bush & co?

I might be seeing them during the first leg of the tour -- only Malkmus is in Milwaukee the night before! Might not have the funds for both.
I believe this is the original foursome on tour. They were on tour not long ago as The Knitters (equals the four original members of X plus Dave Alvin.) I saw that show, so maybe I don't need to see them again (they played a bunch of X songs naturally, and maybe at this age they're more fun playing "country" than "punk"?)
