Musical instruments sales have been picked up by 30-50 year olds buying

all the collector editions of what they couldn't have as a kid.

Very true, and another sure sign that "rock is dead" -- when it was alive, parents were scared of it! "Rock music will turn your children into drug-addled miscegenating sex zombies!"

Nowadays parents fear the Internet for much the same reason.

While a trip to the "rock n roll musuem (mausoleum)" in Cleveland would be seen as wholesome fun for the whole family.
