yeah, who was the chart fodder the great fluxus artist was married to?
Setting her sights a little low, even heard the other moptop writer was more interested than him in avant garde music at the time.

wonder if any blog's got the lps up?
& yup Yoko Ono PLastic Ono band does indeed sound a lot like PiL/Can

Personally I think Yoko's "Plastic Ono Band" album is better than John's!!

Best guitar playing of Lennon's career on that LP too. And an appearance by Ornette Coleman & his group!

I have a sneaky suspiscion she's going to mainly hype recordings by and about John Lennon & Sean Lennon on that show . . . . yawn & double yawwwwn.

She should pick "A small eternity with Yoko Ono" from the Mothers "Playground Psychotics" album, strangely enough recorded "Sometime in New York" 1971.
