This site is a fabulous list of every Quo gig ever along with it indicating which bootlegs are available. It lists all the gigs by tour/year. Looks like they did play the Marquee Club 3 times in 72. http://quogigography.net/index.html Whilst I don't have the aforementioned version of Forty-Five HUndred Times, I do have an amazing 27 minute 43 second version of Is It Really Me?/Gotta Go Home recorded at the Stockholm Gröna Lund, August 13, 1973. That's an insane version and contains many of the licks that made their way into 4500X.

That is an excellent resource especially for those us with fading memories and uncertain timelines. Have you ever come across a recording of the Cardiff Castle gig in '76? I see on the site that it exists but I have never seen one on offer. I remember it as a storming show. That was also the only time I got to see Hawkwind with Calvert.

Haven't seen the Cardiff show. There's quite a few links still active here at this guy's blog. Lot's don't work now though, but it's where I got the Stockholm gig (I think) and others: http://rockersparadise.blogspot.co.uk/2011/06/status-quo-bootlegs-in-70s-more-from.html

Ian, Did a bit more searching and found the following link. Quite a lot of the links to downloads are now broken and don't work, but if you look under the Blue For You tour then there is an active link to the Cardiff gig: http://sqbootlegs.boards.net The Cardiff boot is about the quality I would expect from that era. Oh, and the 1973 Dublin National Stadium gig is on there too, which contains an insane 26 minute version of Is It Really Me?/Gotta Go Home which easily compares with the aforementioned Stockholm version.

You're all welcome! Had been looking for the Dublin gig too for some time after a couple of disappointing leads. There's a fab recording of the '73 Reading Festival gig there too with another amazing rendition of Is It Really Me?/Gotta Go Home. Think this one comes in at about 28 minutes long! Pretty good quality too considering the age etc.
