I was actually quite disappointed by the Chameleons reunion. Having 'stuck-with-it' through the Mark Burgess solo albums the reward for doing so seemed to be Invincible ("We're Invincible... but you can call us Vince").

After all the endless issuing of cds of demos, sessions and live recordings they started back out with 'Strip' - tired acoustic reworkings of the same old songs yet again, did one new album 'Why Call It Anything' that wasn't all that great and then 'This Never Ending Now' - mainly the same old songs still yet again.

Another Invincible album seems sadly unlikely as Burgess pissed Yves Altanta off no end by ditching him to reform the Chams.

I've a quite listenable live recording of Invincible if anyone wants a copy ... I'd be particularly pleased to swap for an even half-decent live Sun & Moon recording!
