Got an email from my grilfriend today at about 2pm which simply read "John peel is dead :("
I felt as if it was news about someone i knew... despite the fact i've never listened to many of his shows.... he was just such a dam cool guy and i will really miss him. Home Truths was cool too!

Condolences to his family.

He'll always be remembered!!!!!!!
