Yeah, I missed that one, too. Had my maths 'o' level re-sit the next day, so thought I should study. Ended up going out that nigth anyway, so may as well have gone!!

Didn't know Adamson had been on bass that night. Something else to feel gutted about! Still, saw them the following year at Liverpool so *kinda* made up for it.

Well it's funny you should mention that - i was scratching my head trying to remember what songs they always played. Was that the one where the guitarist would come back for an encore and play a solo (very fast ), before the rest of the band returned and played the encore?

The one I remember was the poppier, soft funk (almost Steely Dan) one called It's In Your Mind, that they beefed up in latter performances.
