I really like the sound of this guy, but can't get hold of any of his stuff. Can anyone help? I NEED to own a record with the title 'Ratfucker'. I tried searching the 'net and found that Armand and his brothers run what looks to be the coolest guitar shop in the world, I hope one day I'll be able to go there.

The store is! It was my teenage hangout since my parents' house was just a few blocks away. I heard Armand was going to reissue his old albums, although I'm not sure how or when it will be... I noticed Greg Prevost of the Chesterfield Kings is back working there.

I hung out at the park in the summer hiding in the bushes smoking weed, that was OK. In the winter it was stinky record shops run by fat old men, or the stinky video arcade run by fat old men. Nothing to compare to the 'House of Guitars" though.

Well the House Of Guitars is a record shop as well as a music shop. An extremely large one at that.

...and Armand Schaubroeck is a fat old man! (Just kiddin'!) I really should buy a new turntable, then I can do CD copies of the Hollywood Inn album...

BTW - I notice that "I Shot My Guardian Angel" is missing from JC's Schaubroeck article - was this ever released? Is it any cop?
