LED ZEP DAY Sept 6th
Sep 04, 2003, 19:06
I am officially calling this day to be Led Zeppelin Day, on this day in 1968, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and John Bonham gave their first two live appearances.

It should be honoured and enjoyed as a worldwide 3 day holiday dedicated to hollering and sexual noise vandalism!

7th!
Sep 04, 2003, 19:16
Number seven is better anyway, and more correct, according to many sources.

The day and place was:

09/07/68 - Teen Club Box 45,Egegaard Skole, Gladsaxe,Denmark

Still called The New Yardbirds, fulfilling contractual obligations, but nevertheless, the first hearing of the Fractureous Four :)

So, this Saturday, at 12 PM, I shall sonically assault our block with much devastation and WOoOOOOAAARGHY!

Isn't it kind of weird that this day in 1968 they were polishing their collective GRAHRK to show the world after meeting for the first time a few weeks ago?
