Right, gotcha I do the same thing every time I walk into the same entrance of Madison Square Garden (it's been updated for the past coula years, but nevermind) where it becomes dark in "The Song Remains The Same"-- And then the doves are flapping around in the dark, you know that entrance? EVERY time I've walked into it, I've thought of those doves and felt even closer to the Zep experience for it. Kick ass

Yay SLAP!!I did the humour all by lonesome self, (sniff, sob), but I really DO believe it to be true; before the Zep there was NO glamour of rockage. Except for a Swedish band called The Sputniks, but that was a whole different weird twangy Shadows-ey glamour all to itself. And quite mad.

Exhibit F.5: For the theramin solo on "Whole Lotta Love" offa "The Song Remains The Same", when you get to hear the very AIR itself raging silently (OK, and helped along by the analogue delay unit) through those belaboured amps right as Pagey is in process of switching from theramin to Les Paul guitar. Kick ass
