Brian would be disappointed to hear you call his old band "the" Queen. As would Roger and John.

Freddy wouldn't mind as long as he got some attention.

Prof Brian Cox: "Watched PM on Marr. Crucially, from my perspective, she accepted that the ‘will of the people’ is not coterminous with ‘the national interest’.

Worth keeping in mind next time you hear someone saying the will of the people must be delivered.

Oops, I described Prof Brian Cox as an astronomer in a previous post - I didn't know what his views were but guessing staunchly remain. Coterminous is an interesting word - had to look it up. Yes I agree and if the other 27 EU countries accept May's proposals it will be the best outcome for all under the circumstances.

His behaviour to the Queen was nothing short of rude, disrespectful and offensive.

And I say that as a republican!!
