What I find even more gutwrenchingly offensive than:
"we will end free movement"
is the addition:
"once and for all"
A phrase usually reserved for extreme dangers, evils, diseases etc.
Shame, shame, shame on you, Prime Minister.
PS Free movement is RECIPROCAL.
