Actually,
Trump isn't on the hook for what i just saw in that link...
Canada is.
But we'll all be on the hook for it eventually.
Just a matter of time.
Any other political concerns aside, carbon emissions/global warming is no joke.
It's really hopeless...7-8 Billion of us feckers now...no real alternative to fuel our modern needs.
