The inevitable day finally came. Personally, I was hoping Fidel was going to be able to live through yet another round of American presidents. Definitely one of my heroes, though it does seem now that he was a hero for a bygone age. But for their time, he, Che, and their revolution showed that world what could be accomplished with a just idea and unwavering determination. Hasta siempre, Comandante.
