Bingu told ya first...
Oct 02, 2000, 19:42
The lord Bingu would like to draw attention to the peaceful influence of Our Lady Kylie. On the cosmic surfboard she came into the world theatre, spreading the beautiful wavy lines among our peoples.

Praise Bee.

Guess who missed the whole freakin' performance, only to be told later by my gleeful gurl on the telephone five minutes after the diminutive diva had left the building?! I must atone by distributing the Kylieidascope to you fair people before this week is through. Rats and varmints were never this croo-el!

The Kyliedascope
To be able to see in Kylie vision....is such a thing possible? Oh great Bingu say 'tis so. Surely we are in the midst of a New Age when the Goddess of Hotpants has come to rid the world of her usurpers and pretenders:, The Billies (why the long face?), the Britneys (Silicion Valley), The Aguil...somethings.

I long to gaze on the wondroussness of her small but perfectly formed being. My only doubts are ...and you must forgive me great Bingu...that She has consented to peform with the personification of mediocre abhorrence that is Robbie Williams...surely the Shane Ritchie of Indie-pop. Perhaps She is testing us, seeing if our faith will waver 'neath the crushing awfulness of seeing Her share space with the Clown Prince of Cheeky Chappy Crapola. Oh Goddess Kylie (as opposed to y'know Goddess GODDESS) you move in mysterious and frankly sextastic ways, you wonders to perform!

Erm....More prozac please Doc

I once had the pleasure of seeing Kylie in person at the NicK Cave Love Song Lecture. It was brief, it was from a distance. But it was good. She got a very big cheer from all present, which proves that we were all free-thinkers who appreciated many different styles of music. Ok, that's not the reason!

My word!
The phrase"You lucky bastard" comes swiftly to mind.
When you say you "do" Kylie's website, do you mean you are involved with it's maintenance and creation? Or do you mean you "do" it in an altogether more sordid way?

Seeing as the former is (hopefully!) more likely any chance of you "influencing" her choice of collaborators? Seeing as Kylie has dueted with Robbie Williams, perhaps Freddie Starr or Bernie Clifton and his comedy Ostrich would be suitable candidates.
Or she could get someone good in. Goddess! Can you imagine Kyile and Copey doing a tune? My brain fair melts at the thought! Yowza
Bless

Darn, one day before I released the Kylie-idascope.gif onto the web waves to restore peace and global harmony, I find a thin wedge between me and a crushing copyright lawsuit.

Envy thou art an unsubtle mistress..... rant, stomp. tsk.
