FYROM

Hello lovely people. Me and Kitty booked a holiday earlier in the year, to Macedonia. Nothing special to write home about at the time. Just before we went of things changed. Spent some time researching if we could visit the border area, just for a day or two. Turns out you need to talk to the embassy in the UK, then more adminy crap in Macedonia itself, gave up on that idea. Did some research to see who is working out there, see if could find some local activists getting involved. Managed to, the joys of facebook! First found Gabriela Andreevska and through chatting to her found Help the refugees in Macedonia, and the NGO that set the page up Legis. So the upshot ... Macedonia, Ohrid where we were is really beautiful, warm, mountanous and cheap!! The people welcoming, or the ones we met anyway, really interesting part of the world.
The punchline though after having had such a fab and luxurious time ended up setting up a crowdfunding page to raise some money for Legis. If you want to help and can that'd be great.
They do have a supermarket in FYROM that will deliver to Legis, am trying to see about getting an account set up to buy stuff and deliver to Legis, they do this already but need an account based there.

Anyone wants to share the link around, or donate would be appreciated.

Thanks fella.

Great to see you back btw, I don't come here that often. Too blummin busy, although perhaps that means I have a life, thing is that seems to be too much work and not enough play - hence becoming an axe murderer, I figured gotta have a hobby

Hello Matey! That would involve a lot of cleaning I suppose. Any recommendations on getting rid of those tough-to-remove stains?
