Kinda old news now, but I'm surprised it hasn't appeared on U-Know before. Good to see such an influential Tory finally letting us know what he really thinks of the populace (is this overwhelming hubris?).

So to put that question to bed, a polar bear is black with transparent fur and lives near the sea. Hope that wasn't too much of a spoiler. tee hee, not that that's necessarily recognised by the authorities.
