Just in case you were wondering whether everything goes their way - this time it doesn't. IN YOUR FACE IDS.

Following on from Hunt's lost legal battle yesterday - see other thread. So that's two ministers I assume will be resigning shortly...

Just need rid of the bedroom tax now and we might actually see some light at the end of a very dark tunnel

Not IDS I'm afraid. There'll be claw marks in the carpet when they try and drag that arse-munch out the DWP. Osborne wanted him gone ages ago and Cameron wouldn't do it. Think IDS must have the negatives or something.

Impressive, if entirely ludicrous, spinning by the government gobs quoted.

It's still bleak out there. The Government gets turned over by the Courts on a few matters of process and procedure - the core concepts underpining the hammering of what they perceive as the underclasses continues apace. Yes they fuck it up sometimes and fall flat on their faces - but the poor, the vulnerable and the unworthy will continue to be impoverished, unrepresented and abused with populist support from a significant slab of the British public.

It sucks bigtime.
