yee haa! let's hear it for our top industrialists! once again they show us the way forward in our pay demands. 2% may be enough for council workers, and other peeps on less than £5 an hour, but not when you hit the top! M&S boss does besst with a 167.9% rise (after there o so succesful year), whilst the poor old head of EMI had to make do with a mere 41.1% to take him up to £3,727,000!

I feel a bit annoyed I only put in a 11% pay claim now!
