Ah, sorry.
To summarize, the guy is basically a self-proclaimed expert on why gay marriage will put the nail in the coffin of that institution. Like all of them, his assumptions are based on bigotry that's dolled up in pretentious language to sound like science.
I have yet to hear one convincing argument as to why allowing same sex couples to wed is a bad thing. There ARE good reasons to DEBATE marriage in individual cases (hetero or homosexual)... some ministers will marry a crusty old lech to a teenage girl without batting an eye, for example, or allow two completely immature kids to set up house.
What it all comes down to is consenting adults, which should be the final criteria. If two mature people want to form that bond, it shouldn't be anyone else's business. And a modern state that respects individual liberties MUST grant it.
Putting the question to voters is a load of crap, in my opinion. You could put a vote to the concept of giving minorities equal rights in some places and get a majority that would reject it, but it still wouldn't make it right. Some things transcend 'popular' opinion.
