Well,blow me down if this doesn't provide cast-iron confirmation of what we all knew all along. Not content with unnecessarily selling off British Air Traffic Control (albeit as quietly and underhandedly as possible in the wake of Sept.11), Blair and his cronies have now found an ingenious way of perpetuating 3rd World debt by flogging their jerry-built, penny-pinching scheme to one of the world's poorest countries. It's been in the pipeline for months, but now even the World Bank have admitted the idea stinks.
