McDonald's Loses court battle

Received this recent market update e-mail a couple of days ago and thought it would be of interest to some of you.
 McDonalds co-operation, the worlds largest restaurant chain with 29,000 outlets, on Tuesday lost its High Court battle to monopolise the Mc prefix. Now a Mr Yuen hopes to create a new generation of Chinese fast food restaurants across Britain under the name McChina.
Har-fucking-har Maccy D's don't think that you corporate greedheads can even own the English language as well because it belongs to all of us.
Two fingers to ya!!
Don't think that McChina will catch on though.

These companies are all the same ... a bunch of fuckin' McTossers !!!
I had a friend that opened a sandwich shop called "Cobs-R-Us" ... guess who got really shitty via lawyers and such like !!
The letters they received basically stated that Toys-R-Us owned the "R-Us" part and he was to stop using it. He ended up (to save an argument) changing the shop to "Cobs-4-U" instead and put up a great big notice saying why he'd done it.
