Could you find me proof of this please Mike? As someone who works with the Homeless I find this very hard to believe... articles, government papers etc. Not anything by David Ike or any X-file like conspiracies!! I know the homeless are shipped out of areas like New York City Centre so that visitors see a clean and wholesome NYC and not one full of homeless beggers.. but to be honest 'chipping' nah... Proof please!

Big Brother is already here if you are stupid enough to use a mobile phone or a store card. They can track you to within 3 metres when you are on the phone, and with store cards they know ,and can alter your lifestyle. I have neither.
