personally i think it's wonderful that kenneth clarke should take time out from pushing tobacco on third world countries to condemn cannabis users over here.

apparently it's fine to make a living dealing an addictive killer drug to millions, but one deserves to be locked up for possessing a small amount of a far less dangerous one.

the only way that i can see that a supposedly intelligent person could justify such a position is if they are amoral, unethical scum.

does anyone have an alternate explanation for his actions?
