I thought I'd tell those nice nutters at nicedoggie about poor Ted Nugent.
As a result of this, I've been challenged to mortal combat by Lord Spatula, who I think was one of those sending death threats to you and yours.
I don't suppose it turned out to be anything other than hot air, but he's given his address as 5330 Bent Tree Forest Dr, #712, Dallas, TX.

I'd like to find out where "Cooltruth" lives -- he posted on Slate.com and called me ignorant just 'cos I didn't read Ann Cunt-er's Treason. Fuckin' McCarthyist slime and his cynical call-name! Would've also liked to get the two other so-called 'men' who called me a coward just because I wouldn't believe in Cunt-er's shite book! They would not want to meet me in a dark alley!
