For some reason we seem to have got on Conservative MP Adrew Rosindell's mailing list and he now sends us a monthly report on his activities. What this guy doesn't attend is not worth going to a few selected highlights, from the 60 or so events for this month, I just don't see wher he fits in being an MP, I do like the last one though Performing the official Opening ceremony of the Annual Cactus & Succulent Show of the Havering & District Cactus Society. Attending a charity event in support of the Royal National Institute for the Blind at the Liberty 2 Shopping Centre, Romford. Visiting the Romford Cats Protection Homing Show in Collier Row. Attending a meeting of the World Society for the Protection of Animals to discuss the protection of endangered species and working against cruelty to other creatures. Meeting members of the Horse Welfare Society. Taking part in the annual Parliamentary Bike Ride to the House of Commons. * Attending the Summer Fayres of: Rise Park Junior & Infant School All Saints Church St. Peter's R.C. School Hosting a Marshalls Park School Re-Union for any pupil or teacher at the school in 1982/83 which was when Andrew left. Accompanying local Scouts to Speaker's house in Parliament for the annual Scout Reception hosted by The Rt. Hon. Michael Martin M.P., Speaker of the House of Commons. Visiting the Romford and Gidea Park Railway Stations, Attending a reception at St. James' Palace, hosted by the Earl & Countess of Wessex in celebration of the 500th anniversary of Cayman Islands becoming a British territory. Visiting Battersea Dog's Home Visited the Havering-atte-Bower Cricket Club, where the local M.P. and former councillor was granted Honorary Membership. Andrew also presented the club with a portrait of Her Majesty The Queen Visited the Romford Snooker Club, famous for the place where Steve Davies began his career. Andrew met staff and snooker players at the club and was presented with a snooker cue signed by Steve Davies and accepted Honorary Membership of the club Visited Gibraltar Performed the Grand Re-Opening of the Bekash Tandoori Restaurant
