From Spam to a McFlurry!

I have just been told that Mcflurry's cannot be called 'McDonalds Ice Cream' as they are infact 70% chicken fat so do not constitute being clasified as ice cream!! (I don't eat in McDonalds so don't really care, but chicken fat is grose)
Is this right or am I once again being wound up good and proper.

McFlurry - Cadbury Creme Egg, Small
INGREDIENTS:
Milk Chocolate Sugar, milk ingredients, cocoa butter, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, natural and artifical flavours.
Creme Egg Sauce Sugar/glucose-fructose, icing sugar, water, dried egg-white, artificial vanillin flavour, modified corn starch, colour (caramel colour, paprika extract with soy lecithin, titanium dioxide), dimethylpolysiloxane (antifoaming agent).
Vanilla Ice Milk Milk ingredients, sugar, modified milk ingredients, glucose, soy mono and diglycerides, guar gum, dextrose, artificial vanilla flavour, carrageenan, cellulose gum.

Thats the ingrediant that scares me!! What??? And don't say (antifoaming agent)!!

Sounds yuk doesn't it! Can't say I see the attraction myself. I did order one for my brother once though as we were in France in a right hand drive car, and he had the urge after driving from Basel to Paris in one go.

A person after my own heart there!! I have the same diet regime.... works wonders! Thou I have one portion of fruit and veg by having a pint of cider!! :o)
