I just saw this and scratched my head a little too.
Your question obviously being about the cure for the common cold. What you missed was that I have found a cure for it and am now famous. Well, it's not a cure more of a preventative really and it is this:
DO NOT GO NEAR ANYONE WHO HAS IT !!!
